The EGG mentoring program

We are so excited to announce The Sebastian Foundation's latest project, EGG (Encouraging Girls to Grow), a mentoring program created by our friends at Leichhardt Women's Community Health Centre.

This program will take 40 girls over the next two years who are within the refuge system and give them guidance and inspiration towards taking the next step in their career and advice for creating their best future.

Jules Sebastian will be involved in developing content for the mentorship and personally meeting and guiding each mentee through the process. 

We can't wait to get started on this exciting program and want to thank everyone at Impact 100 Sydney who have made this possible by awarding their first ever grant to fund this incredible program. Jules is seen here discussing the project with Roxanne McMurray from the Leichhardt centre and Alan Duncan, Chairman of Impact 100 Sydney.
